Delivery time
Ring orders: shipment takes 2 to 3 weeks when ring is in stock. If there is no availability, please allow us 8 weeks to have it ready made for you.
Jewelry orders (except rings): shipment takes 1 week.
Custom orders: production time may vary. In general the process takes 8 weeks.
Returns
Items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges are also excluded. We offer 14-day returns for all regular purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Only in stock pieces are returnable (custom made jewelry and made to order pieces are excluded from returns).
Recycled Gold and Platinum
Our 18k solid gold and platinum pieces are made to last forever. These materials will not oxidize or discolor, so you can wear your jewelry every day.
Recycled gold or platinum are made from existing jewelry and scrap metal that is refined to remove any impurities. For our creations we use only gold recycled in Switzerland, which is the most sustainable gold option according to WWF. Choosing recycled metals decreases the demand for newly mined material, which consequently helps diminish the destructive environmental impact.
Diamonds & Gemstones
All diamonds and gemstones have their own gemological traits which is what makes each one so unique.
We source our gemstones from trusted suppliers who ensure that each of the diamonds they sell has been ethically sourced. They guarantee that none of the diamonds have been used to fund wars or insurgencies. Our diamond dealers are committed to eliminating the trade in conflict diamonds and can prove that all the diamonds they sell comply with the Kimberley Process, an agreement that controls the trade of rough diamonds to assure they are not used in areas of conflict. For our certified stones, we only buy diamonds certified by GIA, one of the most respected independent diamond grading laboratories in the world.
