We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 300.00. For all orders under CHF 300.00 the shipping cost is CHF 6.50 within Switzerland and CHF 25.00 worldwide.

Delivery Time
Ring orders: shipment takes 2 to 3 weeks when ring is in stock. If there is no availability, please allow us 8 weeks to have it ready made for you. Jewelry orders (except rings): shipment takes 1 week. Bespoke orders: production time may vary. In general the process takes 8 weeks.

We prioritize your complete satisfaction with your jewelry piece. Please take note of our return policy:

    1. Return within 14 business days: We accept returns for our products within 14 business days after receiving your order. To ensure smooth processing, please contact us before returning the item. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    2. Custom-made and personalized products excluded from return or exchange:
    Orders of products personalized or custom-made in any way according to your specifications cannot be returned. These products are excluded from exchange or refund, including products engraved upon.
    3. Return procedure and product condition:

      • Please contact us at to discuss the return.
      • The products must be in their original condition, unused, and without signs of wear or damage.
      • The return should be made in the original packaging.
      • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      • Please ensure the products are carefully packaged to avoid transit damage.
      • We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

      4. Payment refund: Upon receiving and verifying your return, we will promptly notify you via email to inform you of the receipt. Approval or rejection of your refund will also be included in this notification. In case of approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. We use the same payment method you used for your order.
        4.a) Postage costs excluded from refund: Please note that postage costs for the return will not be refunded.

        4.b) Pending or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then we recommend contacting your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there may be a processing time before the refund is posted.
