SHIPMENT & RETURNS

WE WANT YOU TO SMILE! IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE,
LET’S FIX IT.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- You have 7 calendar days to return an in stock item from the date you received it.
- Custom made jewelry and made to order pieces are excluded from returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unfilled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- You must purchase tracking and send us an email at info@annperica.com with the tracking information & your order number.

Please note: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN POSTAGE. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@annperica.com and send your item to: Seefeldstrasse 73, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland
RETURNABLE ITEMS: SALE ITEMS & SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS
Only in stock pieces are returnable (custom made jewelry and made to order pieces are excluded from returns). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPMENT CONDITIONS?
We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 500.00. For all orders under CHF 300.00 the shipping cost is CHF 6.50 within Switzerland and CHF 25.00 worldwide.

DELIVERY TIME
Ring orders: shipment takes 2 to 3 weeks when ring is in stock. If there is no availability, please allow us 8 weeks to have it ready made for you.
Jewelry orders (except rings): shipment takes 1 week.
Bespoke orders: production time may vary. In general the process takes 8 weeks.
