Warranty / Services
The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.
The guarantee replaces the statutory warranty rights in the sense that ANN PERICA decides whether the defective goods will be repaired or replaced or whether the purchase price will be refunded. You cannot claim compensation for damages or expenses due to defective goods.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling, lack of care (see care tips), accidents or normal wear and tear. The guarantee expires in the event of interventions by third parties who have not been authorized by ANN PERICA.
Care guide Jewelry
Place jewelry on a soft surface at night. Clean with a clean, soft cloth after each use. Gently rub jewelry with a soft toothbrush and liquid washing-up liquid under lukewarm water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Store gemstones separately from each other in soft cloths. Do not wear it when doing rough handicrafts, as the stones can splinter if hit hard. With regular cleaning, the shine remains unchanged. To do this, place the jewelry in lukewarm water with a mild detergent for 30 minutes. Then clean gently with a toothbrush, rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth.
Caution: Damaged settings cannot hold the stone properly. Therefore, depending on the load, have them checked by our specialists once or twice a year.

5 easy steps to a custom piece made entirely for you
1. Share your inspiration or idea, preferences for design, stones, metals and your budget. We ask that you first fill out our form, so we are able to get an idea of what you are looking for and get started.
2. Appointments are available in-person, in our Store in Zürich Switzerland, by phone or via Skype with designer Ann Perica. During your appointment, clients can expect to discuss gemstones and designs.
3. Ann will source the perfect gemstones for you or and design your one of a kind piece. On a next appointment you can expect to be shown different stones that meet (or surpass :-) your expectations.
4. Once a design and stone is approved, production may take 4 to 8 weeks. Custom designs are 100% bespoke, created by hand in Switzerland. Ann has made many custom design for clients from all over the world.
5. Delivery! Custom orders are shipped fully insured through Fedex. Or you can pick up your beautiful jewel at our showroom in Zurich.
